CLASS TYPES

THE BOX - Indoor Cycling

RHYTHM RIDE

Rhythm-based indoor cycling class. Beats high, lights low. Come get lost in the music to achieve your highest mental and physical potential. Beat based choreography on the bike to get a full-body workout. This class is for all levels from beginner to advanced.

POWER RIDE

Rhythm based spin class, focused on resistance, speed or both. Minimal upper body choreography, same BIG energy. Come build a strong foundation. This class is ideal for someone wanting the energy and atmosphere of the studio, without having very much upper body choreography and coordination. This class is for all levels from beginner to advanced.

TABATA RIDE

Tabata Spin is a style of high-intensity interval training on the bike that involves 20 seconds of exercise at your max effort and 10 seconds of rest, for a certain number of rides. Using speed and/or resistance to achieve new heights of cardiovascular fitness and strength! Tabata rides can be rhythm based or not.

SPIN & STRENGTH

Rhythm-based indoor cycling for the first portion of the class. The second portion (OPTIONAL) of the class will be off the bike with dumbbells. We will focus on full-body strength training, from squats to shoulder presses, bicep curls, etc. There will be no jumping, this workout focuses on building strong muscles.

SPIN & CORE

Combining rhythm riding and core work. The first portion will be spent on the bike for our typical Rhythm Ride. The second portion (OPTIONAL) will be spent off-bike. Exercises off the bike will be focused on strengthening the abs, obliques and entire midsection. This class is for all levels, from beginner to advanced.

PRJCT X

STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING (HYROX)

PRJCT X is our Hyrox style class. It combines strength and conditioning for overall athletic fitness. We believe in a balanced approach to overall health hand wellness. This class will challenge your cardio and strength to improve your physical fitness! All exercises are adaptable to all levels of fitness from beginner to advanced.


BLD

STRENGTH

BLD is our strength building class. It focuses on using body weight, dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, and more to improve your strength and confidence! Whether you’re an experienced lifter or just getting into strength training, this class is perfect for anyone looking to build strength and muscle! We focus on the quality of the movements to maximize progress!


SCLPT

Pilates

SCLPT Mat Pilates is designed to sculpt and tone your entire body. This class focuses on slow, deliberate movements that allow you to connect deeply with each exercise and refine your technique. Using effective muscle engagement, you'll improve muscle endurance, flexibility, core strength and enhance overall health and well-being. As SCLPT can be modified to meet the needs of individuals, it is accessible to all levels of physical fitness.
